Are you out of shape and unmotivated?
Have you tried to lose weight but can't seem to keep it off?
I'm here to offer you FREE fitness/nutritional advice based on my own experiences. I was once 50 lbs overweight and yo yo dieted many times. I was frustrated, and almost gave up entirely. FINALLY, I found what works and have been able to stick with a clean diet AND 6 day a week workout routine. How did I do it? I got to a point where I was READY for change and was ready to do what it took to get there. Are you READY to change your life but are held back-it's most likely your mindset. You must tell yourself that if you work hard for it, you could have the BODY of your DREAMS! ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!

This is me AFTER I lost 50 lbs!!! If I can do it, YOU can do it!

If your sitting there reading this thinking...oh no, working out is too hard, i'll never be able to get the body i've always wanted, its too hard, i don't have time, i'm too tired, i work and my body aches enough already...let me just tell you...STOP THE EXCUSES! Cause you know that's what they are..EXCUSES! 

I was there at one point, where I gave excuses for not working out, most days I COULD OF worked out I just CHOSE not to! Because my mind "thought" there is NO way I can fit it in..I'm TOO busy, TOO tired, and I didn't have it as one of my priorities! I've been there! But I got to a point where I got TIRED OF BEING FAT. Tired of being one of the people who weren't active, who'd huff and puff going up and down stairs. TIRED of my pants rubbing on my thighs and getting HOLES in my pants! TIRED of NOT FITTING in my pants and having to go a SIZE UP! TIRED of not being able to wear a bikini at the beach because I was self conscious of my body. I wasn't about to keep living my life this way. SO I made a change. I made working out my #1 priority. 

All of a sudden, working out was part of my daily routine. NO MATTER how tired I was, or HOW busy I was, I got my work out in..EVEN IF it was 1 am! BECAUSE it was my priority and it was a necessity to me, just like brushing my teeth. Are you READY to change? You have to be willing to CHANGE YOUR MINDSET. CHANGE your priorities! And TAKE ACTION! You will be BLOWN away at the results you end up getting!!!

I KNOW starting out is THE hardest part but once you get started it gets SOOO much easier! I do have to warn you, you will have to work at it, and it WON'T happen overnight. BUT If you are CONSISTENT I promise you, it will be WORTH IT.
