Need Support? JOIN MY NEW CHALLENGE GROUP!!

3 years ago I was able to lose 40 lbs in 9 months. A year later some of the weight crept back because I wasn't able to stick to it. Now, I'm in a support group (of like minded people who help/assist me on a daily basis) and feel like its one of the MAIN reasons I'm able to stay consistent with my workouts. Support groups have helped me be accountable and stay on track. Whenever I felt like I was slipping there were like minded people there to lift me back up.

I truly think support groups are THE MOST important thing to have when it comes to tackling your fitness goals. This is why I decided to make my own support group for anyone who is struggling. It's important that you hold yourself accountable to others. It makes it fun too!

Soul Surfer-SO inspiring!



Has anyone seen the movie, Soul Surfer?? I swear this movie is ONE OF THE MOST inspiring movies I've EVER seen! It's based on a TRUE story, where the girl (her name is Bethany Hamilton) was surfing and got bit in the arm by a shark. The shark managed to eat off her entire left arm! The crazy thing is, she went back to surfing less than ONE MONTH later!!! And started working out (WITH JUST ONE ARM)! She is now a PROFESSIONAL SURFER. If she can do all the moves that she does with just one arm (in the video above) AND become a pro surfer it shows that ANYTHING is POSSIBLE! I love that she pushes through regardless of her circumstances.This motivates me to keep going with my fitnesss goals. Anytime I say "I can't do that", I catch myself and say, actually I CAN! If she has one arm and can do push ups, there shouldn't be any reason why I can't since I have two arms. If she motivates you, comment below! MIND WORK-helped me lose 40 lbs!




THIS BOOK teaches you MIND WORK-which is what TURNED my life around. I finally got myself to slim down using her tips-she helps you create a whole new mindset for yourself.Her name is Dr. Beck, she's a psychologist, expert in Cognitive Therapy -- in this book she teaches you the tools to rethink how you approach food, how you think about yourself and your weight. She teaches you that instead of constantly talking negative, telling yourself you'll always be fat, you'll never be skinny,you do the opposite. You talk positive to yourself, every day. You start telling yourself everyday that your worth it, that you WILL lose the weight, and that you deserve ONLY the best. You start believing in yourself, and that's when the magic happens.

I had to lose 40 lbs 3 years ago, and picked up her book in desperation, hoping it would help me. By using her tips I transformed my mindset and started believing I would do it and I would do it effortlessly. 9 months later the weight fell off. 40 lbs..GONE! It sounds crazy but when you actually believe in yourself you can really achieve ANYTHING you want. I KNEW I could do it, and I DID! All that positive self talk helped get me up out of bed to do my workouts. It helped me to resist all of my 'junk food' cravings and eat healthy instead.

This book not only helps you with self-positive talk BUT it ALSO gives you ideas on what to do when you are craving something. She tells you to create note cards that have reminders of why you're doing what your doing. You pull out the note cards right after the initial craving and believe it or not, it helps stop you from sabotaging your diet. The tips in this book TRULY work, and I feel it PUSHED me to get out of my rut. I still use the tips from this book til this day for my other goals, not just for weight loss. I continue to be my very best and to never stop believing in myself. One saying from this book that I still tell myself is: "Every day in every way I am getting stronger, I am getting better and better." I use this in all aspects of my life.

 Are you ready for your mindset to TRANSFORM? You can start using these tips right away! It may seem weird at first, telling yourself things that you may not believe just yet...but just wait. CLEAN DIET TIPS from The eat-clean diet recharged book with Tosca reno!


Portions of Protein-You should be eating six servings of protein each day. Measured by what can fit in the palm of one hand.

Carbs from fruits and vegetables-You should be eating four to six servings of fresh produce each day. Measured by what can fit into two cupped hands.

Starchy Complex Carbs-You should be eating two to four servings of complex carbs from whole grains or other starchy-carb sources each day. Measured by what can fit in one cupped hand.

Healthy Fats-You should be eating about two to three servings each day. A portion of healthy fat is one scant handful of nuts, or one to two tablespoons of healthy oil.



How much protein, complex carbs and healthy fats should you eat each day?

 Tosca says to strive to consume 55% carbs +27% lean proteins +18% healthy fats
(these numbers can change based on your goals.)
